SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Full UK driving licence.
• Proven experience of operating predominantly Kubota 8 tonne midi excavator with a range of attachments and tractor and low loader
• Proven compliance to Health & Safety at work.
• Diverse range of land drainage seasonal duties, flailing, weed cutting, desilting, bushing/chipping of trees and heavy manual hand labouring.
• Some mechanical knowledge of machines and tools including repair and maintenance
• Due to the physical nature of the role, you must be physically fit.
• The role requires use of a tablet to fill in RAMS and view maps and work instructions, therefore a good understanding of the English Language is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Day to day operation of heavy machinery.
• Chainsaw, hedge cutter, bushing, and physical work
• Bank slip repairs, removal of obstructions
• Available for short notice callouts during heavy rainfall events
